2006 4runner for my mom

Hey, I am currently driving a 97 4runner and my mom wants some information about a 2006 4Runner Limited with 52k miles for around 22k out the door. If you have any information about the miles and price and any advise about the truck at all that would be great. It will be her daily driver and I do not expect her to mod it at all. Let me know what you think.

based on the year and mileage of the vehicle it probably served as a weekend only car gettin roughly 8k a year. (normal is like 12-15K) might be on factory brakes and tires. which would show pretty good dry rotting, only thing i could say is take the vehicle for a drive and have a reputable mechanic do a FULL check out.
