2006 4Runner Ltd v8 4x4, price help?

Hi All,

Test drove via a private party sale today a 2006 T4R Limited 4x4 v8, Shadow Mica/charcoal grey with nav and all the airbags front and rear, plus moonroof. Has bluetooth, jpb 6cd changer. Pretty much fully loaded and looks great...really is a sweet vehicle. Has 27,500 miles on it. Tires looked great. Good condition with about 1k in minor repairs ...underbody skidplates bent from running over a tire and some various minor scratches (not something i would even bother fixing).

I really liked the look and feel of it. The other v8 sport one i drove a few weeks ago had a horrible sound at 70mph. This one drove great. It also has a 100mile extended warranty (can anyone confirm this is transferrable?). Only one owner...and is asking 28,900.

My question is what price do you all think would be a fair offer in this situation? Open to all suggestions.

Also for those of you who have this type of vehicle I'm curious as to if you love it, wish you bought something else etc.

Just out of curiosity, extra 100 mile warranty? ANd what sound did you get about 70mph on the other test drive?
