2006 4Runner Purchased Pictures!

Is the dark charcoal trim on the edges of the seats on the '06 Sport still velour, or is it that woven burlap material? I read somewhere that the fabric was changing for '06, but I don't see any difference, with the possible exception of the trim. I think I see some texture in the picture, but it may be an illusion!

I, too, am curious if there are any incentives on the '06, and how much you paid over sticker.

Now you really have to change those tires and rims because those new fenders make the tires look small! Minimum 20's inches will do. Still enjoy the truck.

I don't think they are HID but could be wrong. All of the Toyota literature simply says projector beam.

Congrats on the new ride VERY NICE!!! I like the new rounder fatter flares and cladding! when the 4th gens first came out, the claddng and flares were the only things i didn't care for. I like the new look! congrats!!

I like that the direction signal indicator lights are now set low on the speedometer face. On the '03, they are set high up over the speedometer, so with my seat and steering wheel setup, they are almost comlpetely blocked from view by the steering wheel.... The only way I know my direction signal is on is by the noise that the relay makes.

I do like the style. Love the Aux input. Congrats on your new purchase!

It is highly unlikely. Toyota/Lexus doesn't want to put HID's on their larger SUV's because they are afraid of them blinding other cars. THe only Toyota/Lexus SUV to have HID's is the RX330/RX400h and that is much lower to the ground than the 4Runner.

I love those new headlights, there has to be a way to make those fit on our 03-05's

I also like the chrome grill, but not sure about the lower grill.

I liked the way the DRL's and foglights were together on the 03-05. I always thought the DRL's made it clear that a 4Runner was coming.

Where are the DRL's now?
