2006 4Runner rumbles when accelerating

My 06 4Runnner rumbles when accelerating between 30-40mph. It only does it when I accelerate at a lower speed. If I accelerate fast, I don't feel the rumble or if I let off right when it starts to rumble....it won't do it. It has 126k miles and I bought it about 10k miles ago. I thought I would check the transmission fluid only to find out it has a sealed transmission, therefore no dipstick.

Anyone have an idea of what the problem might be? I really hope I dont have to have a new transmission.

Rumbles? Sound, vibration, or both?

It could be a u-joint, a tire, rear end, etc. Can you pin point the location of the rumble?

No, it doesnt make any odd sound. Rumbles as in it feels like im driving over a rumble strip. It doesnt rev high like its skipping either. It seems to shift normal as far as rpm's and the time it takes to shift, but it just rumbles literally like youre riding over a rumble strip. I dont think it is a tire.

Driveline or rear diff, I'm betting, tho it could be tires. Get your tires balanced and rotated, check your rear driveshaft for play (snug all the bolts down, grease the zerks), and if that doesn't clear it I'd pull the third and have a shop give it the hairy eyeball.
