2006 Limited fluid changes

Hello,

I'm a new forum member and have spent some time searching for information on changing transmission, differential, and transfer case fluids. My 4runner has about 70,000 miles on it and I'm guessing it's ready for some of these fluids to be changed. I've been quoted some fairly high prices for the differential and transfer case and since I have access to a great garage w/lift and all the tools figured I go at this type of maintenance myself.

I'd appreciate any tips or lessons learned about changing these fluids and what brands folks recommend.

Here is the driveline service write-up
I used Mobil 1 Synthetic. Its easily available and works well.

The tranny service is beneficial as well. I believe CJ posted it within the last year. Just need to search for it.
