2006 - Max Tire Size?

I have a 2006 4Runner Sport and I'm looking to upgrade tires and go with something bigger. I've read the max size I can go without any rubbing issues is 32" inches - can anyone verify this?

I'm also planning on raising it up about an inch (via springs.) Can anyone suggest some springs for me? I'm a typical city driver that likes the look and occasional finds himself in some mild off road situations.

265/70/17 will be the biggest with or without the lift unless you go up higher. I put 265/70/17 Revo's on mine and they are a nice AT tire , ride very well on road. Off road they have been ok in the mild situation's I've been in , but in all honesty if I was to do it over again I would have went with BFG AT KO in that 265/70/17 size. Tougher tire and much better looking , stiffer side wall's and better off road in my opinion , nice aggressive look without being overkill.

My Revo's have 2k mile's on them and if I could sell them and trade to BFG I would .

You can also fit a 265/70/17 size in the spare area too.

As for lift,do a search there are a few nice option's such as Cornfed,Revtec spring spacer's .
