2006 or 2007 model?

Hello,

I have the chance to buy a FR 2wd 2006 or 2007. The first one has 17k miles and the other 7k miles. Price differ in US$ 2.400
Regardless of this quantitative aspects, are there any other consideration I should consider before making my choice? IS the 2006 model equal to 2007 one?

The 2006 and 2007 are almost identical. All that really changed in 07 was that the electronic rearview mirror went from a two-button design to a one-button design.

From a factory warranty standpoint, the 7k mi. runner would be my choice. But then again, 17k is still pretty darn young for a 4runner. Not too much maintenance so far for those numbers other than oil changes, rotation, etc. Either one would be a safe bet, just be sure it was done. The only other differences I am aware of betwen the 06/07 MY were a few new ECU diagnostic codes. Other than that they are pretty much identical. Just curious, what trim level are you looking at? SR5, SE, or LTD?

SR5 but I am mind opened to other models. It depends on the price and usage.
