So...I did a search a didn't find a straight answer so...i'll just ask the ?

Can I use Amber LEDs for my front and rear turn signals?

if so...where can I get them?

You should be able to but be aware that some of the LED bulbs may not be as bright as the stock ones. To achieve the same brightness, more LEDs are added which increases the size of the bulbs and may limit you to what can fit in the housing. Check out these websites for some bulbs:
