2006 SE Roof Rack on a 2004 SE

I have seen several discussions on the 2006 SE tubular roof rack and I think some have questioned if it would fit on other years. Search and searched but can't seem to find the answer. I have a 2004 SE. Can't imagine the roof or mounting system is different for a 2006. Anyone know for sure? Thanks.

I dont know for sure, but I highly doubt that Toyota would change the roof on the '06+ Sport Editions only. Since the current SR5 and Limited use the same rack they have since '03, I would speculate that theyre interchangable.

Just a funny rack pix for the Pepsi 400. If you look close you can see the wood between the stock rack and the roof. I obviously run the out riggers to carry the majority of the wt. I use the jack under the truck from ground to frame to make it ubersolid. Turn 3-4 infield - not as wild as it was in the 90's. You can see it all but pit road but thats when you look at the TV I take up there during the race.
