2006 Sport Headlights

One of my headlight assemblies was recently replaced and now I'm wondering if there is a difference in the chrome within the headlight. I have a Sport with the smoked chrome grill and now when I look at the headlights, I'm wondering if the original has a smoked chrome ring around the HID bulb or am I just imagining things.

Anyone know if there was a difference in the Sport headlights?

sport headlights should be the smoked kind, the sr5 has plain chrome. was there or have u installed a hid kit? if not, then u dont have hid bulbs

Not my truck but my headlamps look like this:

Sorry but I have no idea to post a pic and maybe they aren't HIDs. I just thought that's what they were callled.

You have the wrong headlight installed. SR5 and limited ha plain chrome whereas the sport had smoked chrome bezel.

• SR5 & Limited have the same Chrome Bezel
• Sport has Smoked Chrome Bezel

Talked to my dad (he runs the body shop) and he's going to pull the paperwork and double check the part numbers. But he definitely saw a difference too.
