Any idea if it would work with an 04 with the JBL system? I'd love to have the MP3 funtionality...
Do you know what the option code is off your sticker ?
What about a number on the radio face itself.
I have a 6 disk with all that stuff , but don't think its a JBL. Some of those also need the complete bezel to fit properly . I may be interested , do you have a pic ?

What is your email address and I will send you some pictures of it installed and NO you do not need a new bezel to install it. I had it installed in my 03 4runner perect fit I will show you in pictures. Yes it is the 10 speaker system and the number on the radio is p1803

If you have an non-JBL radio and want to go to JBL - you will need the JBL amplifier and associated wiring (and it would probably work better with the matching JBL speakers).
From my reading the 6 CD unit also takes a different surround and AC control panel from the NAv /single CD.
So not a direct swap.
