2007 limited 4runner

I was wondering would this be worth while to look into?
It has just under 254000 miles. Haven't seen it in person yet.

Questions I do have what should I look for? How much to replace a motor if it only goes to 300k. I am thinking with that kind a of miles, the seats might be worn out. After seeing this, some of the ones for 12k or more don't seem so over priced...

That thing is super clean from what I can see in the pics. Looks like one guy used it to commute and he took good care of it. All the seats look new except for the driver's side where you rub against it getting in, all of them get like that. Engine bay looks super clean. If you can get it in the 9k range go for it. Looks like rust shouldn't be an issue. Maybe check the exhaust, especially the connecting points. The calipers like to freeze, you could bring an infrared temp sensor to see if any wheels get hot. Make sure there's no CEL and the computer hasn't been cleared recently.

Just bought the same model a few weeks ago with a hundred k less miles almost exact. Do they have info about when the timing belt/water pump/etc was last changed? Transfer case? How's the frame?

Don't see much of a vehicle history report. I looked on toyota.com nothing about the timing belts..
