2007 Tranny Fluid Change

I noticed, after a confused search, that there is no fill tube for the tranny. I spoke with the dealership and was told the tranny is "sealed" and is a 100K service interval. Are they serious !!!

What about all the friction material floating around after hard 4wheeling miles ?

I liked to drop my fluid every 25-30K

I'd also like to put and inline ( standard oil filter ) filter in line with a seconary cooler.

Anyone have experience changing the tranny fluid themselved, or anywhere other than the dealership.

I read the same thing about the tranny being sealed. I also wonder if this 100k sealed tranny is good. I am sure for the average soccor mom its gonna last and last well past 100k but what about the rest of us that tow, offroad and take our runners to the track I change mine after every 3 oil changes and have super smooth shifts every time.

I agree about the servicing interval, I don't care what kind of fluid they use.
