Troubleshooting an AC problem on my 2008 Camry LE, the gauges show:.
Outside temp is 94F, Humidity 24%
25 PSI Low / 200 PSI High @ 1500 RPM
30 PSI Low / 190 PSI High @ Idle
95 PSI Low / 145 PSI High @ engine off
It seems that when it cools down outside, the AC starts working, blows 40F on a thermometer in the vent. When it gets 100+, the AC just shuts down. I'm new to troubleshooting AC, I watched some YouTube videos but I'm not sure which direction to go in. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
