When I bought my certified X3 one of those 256 rigorous check points (you know, 4 tires, check, steering wheel, check, engine, check…) was that a complete manual set was there. Mine was missing the radio manual so they got me one from another vehicle as we went over the paperwork.
make them pony up for one.
