2008 sport edition with urban package

picking up " I think " next week a 2008 4x4 sport edition v6 80,000 , my first Toyota . I drove a friends for a few weeks and realy like the runner.
I want to know if any one knows what a Urban package is ? just looked at the pictures looks like leather seats cloth velor center, is this package bad or ok looks to have all else .

I am going to do a few things . I would like a link or info on raising the front and rear a little . I'm 73 so no big lift kit for me unless it involved my sex working better. I like the side exhaust , led lights, mats, etc.
