2008 Sunroof Stuck Titled Up - Video of Motor

My sunroof would not open. Admittedly, I didn't use it for a few years which was a mistake.

I got it to tilt up and now it is stuck. Two questions:

1) Is the motor functioning properly in the video? I dropped it from above the sunglass holder.

2) Is there a way to manually close it? I searched the forum and can't find the answer for a 4th gen

That's why I never open mine. Had it for about 8-9 years now, think I opened it once shortly after buying, it opened, closed and I said OK, that's good enough.

Unfortunately, my sunroof drains appeared to be clogged so I tried to open it to clean them out.
