2008 Toyota 4Runner Running sluggish

I have a 2008 4runner. I bought it used from the dealer last year and only has 34K miles. It is running sluggish when execrating. It feels like I am pulling a lot of weight. However periodically when I drive it I don’t notice the sluggishness and has good pep. I recently had a a 30K mile service at the dealer and I just replaced the spark plugs. Any suggestions of what it might be?

I've been that recently too. I thought about bad calipers but wouldn't that really heat up. I will have to check if one Brake pad is hotter after traveling long distances.

Did you ever find out what the cause is? I'm having the same issue but just can't figure it out
