2008 Urban Runner

Hi everyone. I found a what seems to be a good deal on an 08 urban runner. It has 95k and they are asking 17,5. I'm new to the forum and am curious what to look for on a 4runner of this vintage. Sat in it briefly and it looked relatively clean. Any and all advice would be appreciated. I'll be headed up there again soon. Oh I did notice that the power steering resovior was low and the fluid looked a little dark if not very dark. I cranked it up and there was just a slight hesitation before the starter turned the motor over. Other than that it looked OK. Like I said though I just briefly checked it out.

This is all you need.

Price wise it seems a bit high, but not too far off if it's clean, no paint work etc.

I have an 08 Urban Runner, not much different than the sport, but much more rare

I searched within 100 miles for 4x4s under 100k. There were only 2 2008s on auto trader. Its at a dealership so I'm sure I can haggle. But yes it looks very clean on the body and the interior looks good too.

Got it!

NICE RIDE! Congrats. I love mine!

Try to take it easy on the seat edges. The pleather seat bolsters are known to rip/crack. Gotta get mine fixed!

What was the final price? My dealer wanted $18k for mine with 105k on it. Obviously got it for much cheaper working here:rockon:

17 even. I was just happy that they gave me what I needed to pay the other car off in the trade. This is my second 4runner. I had a 96 and after that I had an 03 Tacoma 4x4. Needless to say I put a lot of faith in Toyotas. This one is the primary family ride so I'm doing the same here.
