200K Club member

Friends, so I bought my truck back in late August with +197.3K. It's my first T4R!

Today we went to Barrett Jackson and celebrated our 200K mile in the parking lot as we were leaving. It was a great place and a great "CAR" day; to combine with the T4R starting it's new chapter in life.

For all I know, the truck spent it's first ~200K going to the mall, grocery fetching, and ritually transporting kids and family to soccer games on the weekends...(previous owner that I purchased from was an online dealer (Craigslist) who buys/resells with no maintenance records).

I took a chance on this truck, and I have high expectations. Looking forward to the next 100-200K miles. I plan to own this truck for a long while.

I love my truck, I'm addicted to T4R.org, and I really appreciate all your friendship/camaraderie.

It's a slow process to make it my own, and to do everything I wish I could do overnight. For fun, here's a pic from "DAY 1"...

We were at BJ yesterday in our 1998 4R. Congrats on the 4Runner and hope it has many good years. We have 171,000 on ours. Bought it this summer with 168,200 on her.

I drove .5 miles which wasn't much, considering the size of the lot...

Admins, I wish we could have some sticky POLLS to collect data on the members' vehicles.

We could update the POLL data in our profiles with mileage, lift = Y/N, lift method, etc...based on set multiple choice options.

Then, we could search the POLLS and find out how many members have hit the 200K...for example.

Or, how many members are lifted or not...

Or, how many are using Tundra/LC lift vs Toytec vs Other...etc.

Just a thought. Can this be done?

The moderators should merge this thread with "200 Club" so there is one official 200,000+ club and then sticky it. I'm getting really close and want to celebrate amongst all the others who have gone before me w/out searching out several threads.
