Definitely have to do my timing belt. Im at 196 now doing an oil change this weekend. I'm debating flushing all fluids when I get the timing belt done too. Trans/coolant/rear dif etc.. One thing that needs attention also is the rear pass side axle seal of course, ill do that myself before taking it for timing belt. I did plugs/wires/filters about 4k miles ago

Definites:

timing belt/water pump
rear axle seal

Possible?

flush trans
flush coolant
flush rear diff
buy/install trans cooler? is it worth it at this point?


Anything I'm not thinking of that I should do?

O2 sensors. You should go ahead do you ball joints, tie rods, sway bar links.

Make it new for the centinium.
 
Might want to do the thermostat while doing the TB and WP. As for the trans and diff fluids, I would say it depends on the last time they were done. If you don't know, then I would go ahead and do it (wasn't sure so just did these on mine at 100k, definitely hadn't been done).

start saving for a new daily driver (depending on your commute)

I'm at 201k and will be getting a $5k Camry to have as my DD sometime in July. I'm saving up for it now.

These trucks can go way past 200,000 (i know!) but in reality the expenses $$$ will start to pile up very quickly. That is why I am keeping my truck as a second vehicle and getting something cheaper to drive to work.

Real bad failures would be top end of engine (head/gasket; valve issues), the TRANNY, Rear Diff, transfer case, axel seals, steering rack, LBJs.
