2010 4R limited - electrical issues

While driving the entire dash goes dark, the gauges drop to zero, and then everything "reboots" almost instantly. If using the bluetooth, the call is dropped, etc.

It has happened while parked with engine running as well.

Dealer can't determine issue. Initially, they blamed a faulty nav system. However, they seem to think it is something else. Anyone else had this experience?

Could be a loose ground Connection.

Had same issue with my old GC. It was a corroded (sp?) ground cable.
