2010 4R LTD - nav system/electrical reboot while driving

Has anyone else had an experience where the radio/nav system shuts down and reboots while driving? I'm taking it to the dealer tomorrow, but thought I would see if anyone else has had this same experience. Thanks!

Same thing happened to me about a month ago. It happened when i started it up though. Everything went back to normal so I didnt think much of it. I have the same truck as you, 2010 4Runner LTD.. I'm curious if the dealer can pull up the error. Let us know how it goes.

took it to the dealer. They couldn't duplicate it, but thought it was nav system only and ordered a new one (yet to arrive). however, since then i have noticed that it isn't just the nav system that reboots; the entire dash goes dark and the gauges all go to zero even when driving down the highway. seems to be a larger electrical issue. frustrating since it only has 3500 miles.

I am having the same issue. What was the diagnosis and fix?
