No. The trail model has an optional locking rear differential. No front locker offered on any of the trim lines.

Then look at the video again (47 seconds in). The front wheel that is not in contact with the ground is rotating at the same rate as the other front wheel. This to me would indicate a locker.

No. That is the ATRAC system. No 4Runners come with a locking front diff.

They have great videos on youtube. The most important thing- we finally got a rear window that can be rolled up using the key fob!
