love the new 4runner, I live in Dallas TX and looked all other for a 2010 with third row seats, I made some phone calls and had people even tell me that the third row seats are not in production yet, I will travel to another state to see the Third row seats if i can find one, any one has or seen the third row seats in the US? any feedback in regards to the third row seats?

You got lied to. My buddy owns a 2010 4runner limited with the 3rd row.
I have a silver limited with third row seat. It was the first and only one in the the southeast region. I got it so my son can sit back there when we have family visiting.I don't think a adult would want to sit back there. Like the trunk better when the seats are folding down vs the pullout tray.

I don't know if your dealer is part of Gulf States Toyota (most if not all in Louisiana are) but no dealers under them have gotten 4Runners with the 3rd row. Verified with 3 different dealers here.
Thanks for all the feedback, any one know of any dealer selling the 4runner with third row seats outside of the gulf states? I went to the Toyota website built my car, SR5 2wd Black on Black with TH option (third row seats) it came to $30,836, dealrs I contacted in the DFW area can order one for me but they are asking for $32,500 and delivery date from 3-6 months ...... what do u all think?

Great pics ADRIFT thanks a lot I really like it, is it possible to let us know the measurements between the third row seat and all the way to the end, it looks like almost a feet which is not bad just enough for some grocery shopping especially if we roll the window down with out opening the trunk, seems similar to the space at the back of the third row seat of a standard Yukon or Tahoe, but the new Acadia has much more space behind the third row seat, am really confused now, I really like the new 4runner, but the guys at GMC are giving me the 2010 Acadia LSE rear view camera and Capitan seats for $31,000 which is almost 5,000 of MSRP, the folks at Toyota are asking 32,500 for a SR5 with third row seats they will order it and I will need to wait 3 months, which is almost $1800 more then the price the official Toyota website gives me when building my own car, any feedback is great appreciated. Acadia VS 4runner.
The Acadia is a much bigger vehicle, and it has an IRS, which allows for more room for the 3rd row seat. If you are looking at the Acadia, then look at the Sequoia. Both are of similar size. The 4Runner is significantly smaller.

MSRP is just a number, it is absolutely arbitrary, and is determined by the mfr; so $5000 off MSRP also means jack. Look at the value, reliability, features, your intended use, comfort, personal preference, etc...

The first thing that you need to decide is how big a vehicle you need and what capability you need. Once you've decided that, then you can determine what vehicles to look at.
If you are looking for a fullsize SUV or crossover with three rows, then consider the Acadia, Sequoia, Tahoe, Expedition.
If you are looking for a midsize SUV or crossover with two rows (and maybe an occasional 3rd row), consider the 4Runner, Highlander, Explorer, etc.
If you need the room of something the size of an Acadia, then you simply are not going to be happy with a 4Runner. If you don't need a fullsize SUV/CUV, then it is more truck than you need and it will suck down gas.
Think about what you need first, rather than the deal.
the space the 4runner offers is good for me and the size of the Acadia is great, gas mileage between the Acadia and 4Runner is almost the same, the Acadia with the extra options seems to be cheaper then the 4Runner, but my main concern is reliability the 4Runner has an excellent record of reliability, I always see older 4Runners on the road and they always look great and in good shape and that is further verified with the resell value of the 4Runner or Toyota in general, is the Acadia as reliable? is it as powerful? I test drove both of them several times already, I like the space the Acadia offers but loved the ride and comfort of the 4runner, I usually keep cars that I buy new for long periods almost 8 years so I want something reliable.
Once again, how big a vehicle do you need? Do you tow? Do you go offroad?

If you don't tow and don't go offroad, I would recommend a crossover rather than an SUV. And since you are already considering a crossover (Acadia), that suggests that you aren't interesting in going offroad or towing.
