2010 body panel hangers?

My dad was driving the runner and tapped a car while backing up. It caused no damage at all to the other car, but did some very minor damage to the rear bumper on the runner. It's sagging off the car now.

Right under the taillights are a plastic clip that hangs from the tail lights that clips the bumper in place from behind. It is the only thing that broke. If I could replace that little piece of plastic (4x3x1 inches) then the whole bumper would clip back into place correctly and not sag. I don't want to pay a bodyshop for a new bumper and install for a simple little plastic part!!

I've looked high and low for this part...but I can't find it.

Is my car to new to find it? I'd really like to find it online rather than the dealer (maybe they can't get it either)

Any suggestions on where to look? Any good parts websites that might have parts like this for such a new model?

That part will be a dealer only part. If you want to save some money, get the part # from a local parts dept and then order it through partznet.

Is it a Trail Ed. or a Limited/SR5?
Is it "A" or "B" you need?

A is different for TE or Lim/SR5

"B" is hard to find in the manual as they are on the rear tail light part of the parts manual (Number 9 on page 172)

It's a Limited, and it's "B" that I need, right rear. Looks like I'm going to have to go through the dealer as partznet doesn't have any 4runner parts listed on the site for a 2010 yet. Or, maybe I'll check again after I get the parts number, they just might not have them listed yet.

Actually, it looks like they do have it!!

If you're saying that the part number for the right rear hanger is 52562-35040
I'll save about 10 bucks. I'll verify it with the dealer, then go grab it.

Where do you live?
It's probably going to have to be ordered from JAPAN.....2-4 weeks all the specialty parts like this I ordered at least.

So I went to the dealer with the part number you provided and Got the part in 24 hours for 40 bucks.

Friday will be the day to fix it all up.
