2010 fj shocks and struts

can anybody help me, i have a 2003 4runner and couldnt pass up a great deal on some 2010 fj trd shocks and struts. but i have know idea if these could be installed on my truck. can anybody tell me if its possible also whant too put daystar lift kit. thanks
