2010 limited leftover price?

So I found this one it's in the pearly white color which I LOOVE. What would you guys offer for this? I'm concerned about depreciation and if it does get totaled (god forbid), that I wouldn't get as much for it as a 2011. So what would you offer? thanks in advance.

I wouldn't worry that much about depreciation. You're purchasing it for less--not the price of a 2011.
