2011 SR5 Rear hatch-removal of indoor panel

Does anyone know how to remove the plastic panel on the inside of the rear door/hatch that houses the speakers and indoor cargo lights? Something came loose or broke inside and its rattling around.

Also, does anyone know what the part number is for the rubber piece on the handle that you grip to open the back hatch? Thanks.

Think there are a few you tube videos. Remove handle that it’s screwed on, and it’s just plastic pushpins . Maybe takes a few minutes
