2011 SR5 Tow Hooks

What are your suggestions for front tow hooks? It looks like I need to remove some plastic to use the ones that are there.

I do not understand why toyota can not put a decent tow hook on front of the 4runners especially the trial edition, also the 4th gens.

agreed. My old xterra had that. Kinda wish my new runner had it as well.

I took off the entire airdam which makes the recovery area very easy to get to. It looks alot better IMO, and you gain in your approach angle too.
