.....or look at Toyota's site....

STANDARD
Integrated towing hitch receiver and wiring harness with 4- and 7-pin connectors

AND

Black front and rear bumpers, door handles, power heated outside mirrors, overfenders, side rocker panels, mudguards, front grille insert, and rear license plate garnish; hood scoop, smoked headlamp and taillamp bezels, and black utility roof rack with rail system

Should have the roof rack but you have to buy the hitch itself. You should have the receiver part of the hitch and wiring connectors. Mine also had a wiring harness for a brake controller.

haven't we seen this issue already? I think the other ones that were missing those were Canadian models. Am i right?

Where did you buy your 4Runner at Steve?

Also, why would you pick up a new car right before a wedding that you were late to? That sounds like an awful idea!

I bought it through AUTO EXCHANGE in Germany...they are dealerships that sell new U.S spec vehicles to service members stationed OCONUS.

The vehicle was suppossed to be ready 1 day before...but customs took longer to process the paperwork....That's why the rush...i had already sold my Tj and the wifes 325i.

love that 4runner though ;)

No, I think the other guy also got his over seas too.

I would like to sometime in the future install a roof cargo carrier...are there
systems out on the market that will allow me to install it without the use of
the OEM rails etc...?since i don't have them anyway :(

The roof rack is over-hyped.

I took it off and put it on the wife's car, didn't hold up well at all.

Ever heard of Perth Ontario?

I used to live there.....Eh

All i have is the hitch wiring harness that was in the glovebox...

if what you're referring to is the little pig tail harness that is in the glove box with the manual and such that is actually a harness for a trailer brake, you should have a harness already in the back by where the hitch receiver is, take a picture of the rear of your 4runner and post it.

Yep. Search this forum and goggle, you will find many.

My 2011 Canadian TE came with: roof rack, cross bars, roof rack deletes covers, rack hooks, cargo net, hitch, ball mount, trailer brake adapter, and wheel locks.

Canadian models all have hitch receiver and roof rack rails. No crossbars though.
