You would have to call Matt at TRS. There was a high profile screw up by a competitor ( Oracle) , they did came in to play the hero the job for free as a result.

And how much this is going to cost? Is this a product and/or how to just get the HID retrofitted?

I am very interested.

Even tho I haven't even got my '15 SR5.

(PS. where should I ask the question whether the 2015 SR5 is good enough for offroad vs the 2015 Trail/TRDpro? I need the 3rd road seat and both Trail/TRDpro don't have that option)

YES! Same platform. All the same aftermarket parts work, and the only thing missing is the transmission skid plate that the Trail/Pro have. Otherwise it is just as capable. I was in same boat as you. See my build below....

Transmission skid plate is a purchase-able part, right? Just bolt on?

How about the "locking rear differential" thingee? I am NEW to these new newer 4WD 4Runner, and 4wheeling..... I am clueless...

Best to start a new thread so information is somewhat easy to find. But to answer your question. the front Skid is bolt on, it just won’t work with KDSS which on SR5's it’s not an option so no worries. The Locker rear diff. Is certainly not a requirement to going off road, helpful in certain situations yes but knowing how to drive and a good set of aggressive tires would do you more good than a locking rear dif. If you get to the point where you want one ARB makes air lockers for the front and rear that are equal to, if not better then the factor E-Locker. Your SR5 is more capable than your driving ability at this point ( I am saying that with no offense meant)

Heres what you need:

First, the T4R uses a stock halogen projector that has a side mount bulb. This basically eliminates the options for any aftermarket projector.

Migs projector is either a Lexus GS or Lexus IS 3" projector. Others have used 2.5" side mount projectors they just dont fill the hole quite as nicely as the 3".

So in order to get his look, you need to find the projectors on ebay. Then contact TRS to find out what LED strips were used. Then find a local PRO to install. You can even ship your lights to Caesar ar Lightwerkz and he will build them for you.

Expect to spend 1k or more with painting, ballasts, bulbs, and of course, install.

LED DRL Upgrade in 2013 4Runner

Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Diode Dynamics LED DRL and Turn Signal light that can be used in the 2014-2018 4Runner in a 2013 4Runner? We want to get white LED DRLs and the amber turn signal light in one.

I asked DD about this and they said they don't have one that will work in the 2010-2013 :(
