2013 Limited

Hi everyone. My wife I and just picked up our first 4Runner about a week and a half ago. I did a lot of reading on this forum regarding accessories/mods etc (although changes will be minimal initially). Now that the first bunch of changes are done, I figured I'd post up some pics.

I didn't take any pics inside yet, but we went with Husky floor liners, a 10" drop-down DVD player for our little girls on trips and a Touareg carpeted cargo liner with cargo blocks to keep the groceries or other items from sliding all over the place in the back. The mat isn't a perfect fit, but it's decent and it definitely works great!

Looking forward to learning more from those in the know on here and perhaps I'll be able to contribute a bit with regard to detailing etc.

Any chance one of the mods is going to create a 2013 4Runner subforum under the 5th Gen T4R section? It looks like there are quite a few of the newest version showing up on the forum now.

We were looking at a 2012 with Entune, but we ended up going with a 2013 without it, because I liked the bigger knobs on the non-Entune radio and I didn't want to deal with the 14.99/month subscription fee after the 3yr initial free period was over. I liked the idea of being able to update the GPS with Entune (meaning, no DVDs to buy to update the maps), but ultimately the monthly fees will end up costing more than a new disc every 2-3yrs since we plan on keeping this truck for at least 12-15yrs. We plan on passing the truck to our 5yr old daughter when she starts driving, and then perhaps to our 3yr old when she starts driving, if the 5yr old doesn't appreciate it's attributes.

Hey guys I am new to the Forum as well!!! Signed up today!

I just picked up my 2013 Toyota 4 Runner - Blizzard Pearl with 3rd row!

Can't even begin to tell you how much I love it! Put together so well!!! Just SOLID!

only complaint is the brake 'squishy' noise you get sometimes...not at all impacting brake performance but...wish there was something I could do about it!!!

Got the entune still setting it up...will let you guys know if any issues...

Hopefully I can try get a new air intake and exhaust down the line to improve performance.....any suggestions will be helpful!!!
