2013 mini vci - software

Hello,
I just purchased the MINI VCI cable and software from UOBD2.com:

New MINI VCI for TOYOTA TIS Techstream V8.10.021 16pin cable

I was wondering if anyone had a link they could provide for me to download the software from the CD: MINI VCI V8.10.021

My CD showed up broken and the download link on UOBD2 is a corrupt file. I already emailed the vendor...just thought I would try a second avenue.

After you click the link to the cable, click on the blue tab down below that say's "Technical Service"

You can then download part 1 and 2
