2013 sr5, heated seat is hot when not turned on

I bought my 2013 t4r sr5 new last summer, and I have noticed that the drivers seat gets unusually hot while I'm driving. I touch the passengers side and it seems cool, and even with the ac blasting my back and rear end are still hot. I touch the leather seat, and it seems like the heated seat button is on (albeit not on maximum, but it is still unusually hot). Is this an electrical issue that should be corrected under warranty? I kept wondering if it's all on my head, but there's no reason my seat should feel that warm

You ever get this fixed...

My 14 limited is stuck in full heat mode regardless of where the control knob is set. Full heat or off. Even set to cool it still is in heat mode...
