Maybe my savage sliders took three weeks to get to me. You might see if you can find a shop that will do a rush order for you. Just call around.

Don't know if I'm more excited for graduation or going to Moab for my first time.. Going to be lifted 3 inches on 33s, do you guys think this will be sufficient for most of the trails? Any things I should consider getting before the trip?

Still need to get a cb radio too.. What all do I need to get and where do you guys recommend I get it??

Remove the sway bars if you still have them on
Maybe look at getting some recovery gear

Also if you go full cb setup, I will have my tuner with me and can help you with that.

CB setup should include:

CB radio - (recommend Uniden 520xl)
Antenna - firestik firefly (3' or 4')
Spring
Coax - Wilson or Firestik (RG-8x)
Stud
Mount
"And good ground"

Just pick a place you want to install and use a measuring tape to figure out how long of an antenna you need. I went overkill and got a 5' antenna but I don't recommend it as I use it for other things besides wheeling.

Well my buddy heath is out. He decided he would rather put his moab money into his mr2 to get it ready for auto x. Grrrrr.

I hope my rig will do ok out there. I only have about 1.5" lift in the front from my coilovers, nothing in the rear right now, factory skids, no sliders and no bumpers. :/

I am on 33" bfg km's (the true size is 32.4 but they are as big as my buddys 33" bfg at's) and I do have the factory trailer hitch so hopefully that will help some but at the same time, I cant damage it much because I am hauling our jumping jack tent trailer down so....

You should do ok just gotta be careful. And you'll drag your hitch but it won't mess it up.

Ordered my sliders, should be here in a week or so! Noticed your running superflex coils.. What did you do as far as sway bar end links?

Yeah if they are seized in there, i'm just gonna say fawk it and run them. The bushings have a little play but are mostly intact. [MENTION=21950]sn0wrunner[/MENTION]'s bushings were completely non existant.

I only had one but I am now two parts shy of having all Tacoma up front. Lol my buddy had two LCAs that got used for like 1000 miles and had new bushing. So I now have taco lowers lol

Haha yeah looked at your build thread after I posted that.. Still debating if I should take mine off or get longer ones. I ordered 4xinnovations, they had them already made. They should be here Monday :whoo::whoo:q
