2014 dash rattle/noise

When I'm at speed 35mph+ I hear a faint flapping/rattling noise from under the steering wheel. More noticeable on the highway. Sound like plastic. I've read a few other threads about dash sounds but wanted to see if people were having similar problems, and maybe a fix.

I have a similar rattle, under the steering wheel and towards the left, as if it's coming from just above my left foot when driving. Not much investigation done so no fix.
