2015 4Runner Limted-Hood Flex/Issue

Hi, I just bought my first 4Runner ever! It took an arm and a leg to get it but eventually, it worked out, got them $7k off their original listing price.
When driving on the highway, the middle of my hood flexes/warbles/vibrates or something to that effect. It only does it on the highway and only does it in the middle of the hood. I drive 54 total miles per day on the highway, so this issue definitely needs to be fixed, for my sanity and eyes.
Anybody else have this issue? I just want to fix it.

Here is a link. https://youtu.be/7lCbnayLCXQ
Edit:
I have hood insulation already installed.

I stopped noticing much sooner than I thought.
On day one I was concerned. Now I know it does it, but I don’t notice it, and I don’t care.

It might happen to you too. It really bothered me on the way home from the dealership.

I only really notice it coming out of a car wash during the blow dry... got over it a long time ago.

Adding a hood wind deflector minimized the flexing of the hood.
Without the deflector, the hood flexing was very noticeable.

I think i read somewhere adding layers of a dynamat type sheet insulation/ sounddeadner to the underside of the hood helps minimize some flex. You have the Under hood mat so you could do it and no one would ever know.
