Hi All,
Doing a coolant flush on my 2016 with the 1FR-FE engine and looking for the block cololant drain plug...my service info on Mitchell shows it below the oil filler neck and is a banjo fitting...not real clear...is this the drain ??

It's a 1GR-FE engine and the second version in the 5th Gens. It's on passenger side ,right behind the engine mount top aft bolt.

It has a small drain and brass(gold) looking 10mm bolt head. It's a drain valve and not to be taken completely out.
Caution :The torque is only 9 ft/lbs (108 in/lbs)and can strip easily if over tightened.

Edit : I just looked at the factory repair manual and it has that exact same shitty misleading picture that Mitchell copied . It's actually pointing through the block to the pass side and called a drain cock. lol.
You realize the 2016 repair manual is here somewhere to be downloaded?
