I want to run Holy Cross so bad.
Lindsey and I are hopefully going to head up Half Moon here soon. It looks awesome! We wanted to go Sunday after leaving the Jambo but after breakfast it was a bit too late in the day.

Day 2 - Wheeler Lake
This was my first run on Wheeler Lake. It's a fun trail, definitely some challenging sections. I was wishing I had full skid plates, just because there are a lot of chunky sections that make me nervous with stock skids. I almost flopped the truck due to a spotting error, but luckily did not. The only damage was a cut sidewall on one of my brother's Duratracs. He bought STT Pros the day we got back haha.

Day 3 - Grizzly Lake.
This trail is weird. The gatekeeper ledge is massive, no one in our group cleared it. The only line for our vehicles (3rd gens, an FJ and a 2nd gen taco) high-centered everyone. There really isn't another line to take unless you're in something else (a JKU on 40s behind us took a different line and got up the ledge after a couple tries). Everyone in our group winched over it, and scraped the shit out of the underside of the trucks. That took like 2.5 hours. The trail is short after that lede, with some sketchy shelf roads with big chunky rocks (similar to Iron Chest or bowling ball hill on Wheeler Lake). The lake at the top is beautiful though. I wouldn't bother winching everyone over again, but I'm glad we ran it once.
