The guys [MENTION=63986]Volcom[/MENTION] that help set up the event will put out GPS coordinates and a map/directions soon i am sure. It was fairly easy to find last year and it's in the same spot.

I'd say show up anytime but be considerate with lights and music.

I will more than likely run something pretty chill and scenic on Thursday so we can look a map over, why do you want to start thursday afternoon and not morning? If you dont mind me asking.

Looking forward to meeting you (and others) and would love look over a map. My plans are all tentative at this point, but I'll be up either late Weds (11ish) or 10:30ish Thurs am.

I don't mind you asking at all. I've got a 2nd coming up to play around 1:30-2 in his Rubicon. If i make it up Weds night , I might do a shortish MTB ride in the am as well.

i hope i'm not stepping on any toes with this post but here is the location
i'm assuming it's the same as last year.
the gate is always open during the event and people head towards the trees
to set up camps.
nighttime drinking might not be as fun since there is a ban on open fires in the area
local area

Thanks for posting those map [MENTION=13518]OU4x4[/MENTION]. Yup, we're in the same exact spot as our previous years.

You can show up anytime Wed night, that's not a problem. If it's super late (2-3am) like [MENTION=88391]NateMob[/MENTION] said, just roll in quietly. There will be an Addicted Offroad banner on the gate to the property. If you don't see a banner, you're at the wrong gate.

Typically CBs on trail, simply because they're cheap and most people have one. Also yelling, that's always a solid way to get info to someone!

No worries [MENTION=88391]NateMob[/MENTION] ! It has been a busy couple weeks for sure. We're running HC Thursday and I'm planning on leaving camp by 7:15/7:30 to make it there in time. You're more than welcome to join us, it's going to be a smaller group that day.

I'll be getting to camp late Wednesday night.

Weather wise, it's looking decent! We've lucked out the last couple years with great weather. I can remember some previous Jambo's where we literally getting the last person up the exit of Carnage and it started to downpour! And it would rain for hours while we had dinner at the Cantina.

You guys have fun. My house remodel got delayed and I'm right in the middle of it. Any house projects next year will be scheduled around the jambo and the wife has already been informed, lol.
