Awesome! The Russian river cards were from me aswell, a friends recommendation, so if that place sucks, I won't ask him for local hot spots again

So I got an extra surprise as the UPS delivery guy sounded like he was trying to open my front door when he put my package inside the storm door and set the dogs to howling! Almost went and grabbed the shotgun since I wasn't expecting any visitors LOL! got my package today, the light is awesome. i have a few high power flashlights in the 2000 lumen range that i really like but were getting to big for my everyday use. i was just looking at getting this light a few days ago. the light packs a ton of light for its size but not to much to cause heat problems. this will now be my everyday light. this is my first olight brand light and it looks to be great build quality unlike a lot of stuff you find that comes from china
the knife is great and will go in my camping bag in the truck. its got a nice big blade that looks like i could almost chop with its so thick. thanks again [MENTION=101372]Dropzone[/MENTION] these will get put to some good use

You should like it, I keep an S10R on my keychain and a S20R by the bed. People are always amazed by the output from such a small light, then I switch to high mode

I too have the S20r, did you have any issues with yours? I had to send mine back at their request... so far the new one is good to go. and I do love the base. It is probably the main reason I picked that one. I was working nights for 4+ months and got tired of constantly replacing batteries in my other light. I had the X20 Warrior from a while back and decided to look the company up again. they do make great quality lights and they have good customer service.

I received my SS gift today. I got a LED headlamp and so did my boys so they don't fight over them! Also got a subscription to Overland Journal. Oddly enough, i got that last year for Christmas, but had not renewed yet! I had already received my last issue and sad to not have it come again.

I was paired with [MENTION=95673]SAR_Runner[/MENTION] and he and his family had already done what I wanted from my secret Santa which was to donate a couple toys to Toys for Tots. He and his family went beyond and donated THREE (1 from each of his kids). So this was overboard and I thank you very much.
After a slight battle with the electrical, duct, and masking tape, I finally got to the contents.
I will say, having been paired with a fellow Washingtonian has its perks. Now I can officially be a part of the "4Runners of Washington" also!

Glad you and the little guys loved it...hopefully the mrs. isn't mad I didn't get her anything haha. I know I use my headlamp all the time, and glad to hear you actually enjoy Overland Journal. Hope you have a great Christmas and can't wait to show my gift off!:frog::frog:
