2016 trd pro

I read it on here at some point and saw your video on Youtube. He was one of the first guys I talked with, and he mentioned you. Small world.

Love mine

Love mine. Powder coated the roof rails to black. Only thing that confuses me is the Toyota in front is grey but symbol and letters in the rear are silver. Wish both were black. Need to level it a few inches once I find a kit that works with the 2016.

Smart move on the rails. Looks great. 16 is the same as 15. Try this to level if you don't want to spend a ton:
Front Top Plate Spacer Kit
or this if you want a little rack left in it:
Front Top Plate Spacer (One - 1/4")
You'll need two obviously.
Dip the rear emblems and you're set. Nice ride...

I've talked to a few places about leveling the front 3inches and the back 2 for about 700 or I could just do the front 2 for 300. How do you get the emblems off and back on without messing anything up?

black flares?

Niccuhles... Did you decide to dip your flares? I have a TRD Pro in the same color. Was thinking about doing the same but would love to see what yours looks like if you went ahead and did it.

Got my quicksand Monday night. the color might not be for everyone, BUT I LOVE IT!!

I'm going with Quicksand. I love grey, and I own a 2011 WRX in dark grey metallic. I need something a little more different. Plus, there's something kinda militaristic or desert storm looking about the quicksand contrast with the black TRD rims. It's a no nonsense color. Down to business. Kinda like, I ain't got time for fancy colors.

Out of curiosity, are all three current paint colors equally durable? I thought I read the white was a fewer stage paint, maybe without a separate clear coat. I don't believe everything I read, though. Not sure on quicksand, but it clearly appears to have a clear coat. Truth be told, I could actually be happy with any of the three colors.

None of Toyota's paint colors are single stage anymore. All colors are multi-stage with a clear topcoat applied. I emailed Toyota and confirmed this, you're welcome to do the same.
