2017 SR5 Bumper repair or replace

So i had bought the front and back valance off a trail from a member here. Thinking i would put them on someday myself. That day never came but I got a bad rub on my right fender while exiting my office parking lot one day(can you imagine). My insurance paid to fix her car. I did not get mine fixed.
Now I am looking for options, i have a paint job to be done for worth $2k(abra quote). Though i am thinking of doing some mods like lifting and bigger tires.
Are there shops around twin cities which are good and economical?
