2019 4Runner Window issue

recently purchased my 2019 TRD offRoad and I have noticed that the car has what looks like stains on the windows, the car is 2 weeks old.
The marks only show when the windows are wet or there is moisture in the air.
It is really bugging me. I have tried 0000 Steel Wool and a polishing compound and scratch off. Nothing is working.
Any Ideas??

Warranty replacement. And yea, last thing you want to do is tell them you put steel wool to it. Glass is extremely hard compared to clear coat so using some abrasive and then buffing it out is not anything you would want to do.

You have aftermarket tint added? Looks like it on the pictures with the windows partially open. If so, the issue may be between the glass and the tint film on the inside in which case you won't be able to remove it because it is a tint/installation defect. Take it back and have the tint redone.

On my excursion it was called rail dust from crossing the country on a train.

I like the between the tint/window theory.

The tint was done by me. I used to tint and I know its not on the film. I also re did that window just to see if it was the tint and it wasnt.

Did you leave the tint off for a few days or just re-apply new tint immediately? What kind of tint is it? I know nothing about tint but maybe the chemicals in the one you are using are the problem.

It was on for a week, I used Huper Optik Ceramic Window Tint, and soapy water to apply
