2020 4RN with a NEW “knock” sound

Hello everyone,
Before I get started i’d like to point out that i’ve search on what i can possibly find on forums/youtube.
This is a fairly new noise coming from my engine bay, I did not get a “Professional Mechanic” to diagnose, instead I’ll come here before that.

This tick or knock sound just started happening recently, 4th time driving this week and 2nd time i heard it. 25k+miles on it, no upgrades. Oil Changes done every 5k miles with genuine toyota oil.

Everything i found on the internet actually says this is normal, but a part of me doesn’t believe it’s the same concern.

Worn or damaged engine mounts can cause knocking sounds, especially when accelerating or shifting gears. Also, check the timing chain or belt, a worn or loose part could cause knocking. Notice if the noise changes with engine speed, temperature, or when the engine is under load.
