Of course they may be wrong, i'll know once I have them in hand. Arrival is the 29th.

Just closed a deal with a dealership in the state of Washington (I'm in California) for a 2020 4Runner TRD ORP in BR with moonroof/sunshade, all weather floor liners, cargo tray, and roof rack cross bars options.
Got 7.6% off MSRP which is a pretty good deal especially with BR being so rare at this point in time. Going to pick it up during Veteran's weekend. Will add photos when I get it. Super excited!

It took me over a week to get photos up on this site - it is so clumsy and not user friendly - it is frustrating. I was getting a fail / error message for most of the photos, did manage a few - but I feel your pain. But we do need pics, so...
w/ moonroof... just assume ORP=moonroof because I haven’t seen anything else as an option in SoCal, unless you build a pretender online.
It did NOT have running boards, chrome exhaust tip, door edge guards, cargo tray, cross bars, first aid kit, and all the other BS (IMHO) they add to it for me to pay taxes on. Don’t want that stuff and don’t want to pay for the markup on it, nor pay taxes on it.

In California, I think it’s practically a standard item.. haven’t seen one without it, in my 3 weeks of searching. Still early in the delivery season tho...

My local dealer had to reach out to partners 4 hours away (in Chicago) to get my vehicle. Last June I picked up a 2019 ORP w/o a moonroof in Nautical Blue. No extras. Was happy with their willingness to find what I wanted.
In California, it seems the thinking is that if you want anything, it’s a moonroof. If you want anything else, you want running boards.
I don’t want either of those but do want KDSS and the cargo deck. That makes me a crazed unicorn hunter.
I’ve been called worse.

Is there a dark mode for the head unit? It's really bright and distracting at night.

I did forget to write that I do have KDSS. Yes, the unicorn thing is real. The toyota site wasn't helpful/accurate when I was searching.

There is a dark mode -simply take the light dimming wheel to the left of the steering wheel and spin the wheel down until it clicks out of the highest setting. As long as your lights are on, the dark mode will turn on.
Options / settings - - > theme settings
Or something of that nature.
I much dig the grey/black/blue one. It is imperative to use this setting.
Where I am:
X - Found a salesperson who is convinced my preferences constitute a “unicorn” that will have to be ordered from Japan.
X - Salesperson’s fleet manager agrees and will request vehicle from Japan.
__- Japan agrees to build the vehicle.
__- Vehicle is built
__- Vehicle is shipped
__- Vehicle arrives at port
__- Vehicle departs port
__- Vehicle arrives at dealership
So... any day now [emoji1787]

Got my Morimoto 2Stroke lows in, Xenon Depot Xtreme w/DRL drivers in, OEM LED fogs w/black bezels in...my wrists look like I’m on a cutting binge...but it all works and everything is buttoned back up.
A couple of observations for those who might go a similar route:
Morimotos - I had to swap the stock o ring gasket as the Mori one was too thick..couldn’t get the light to seat properly. Everything tucks away under the dust cover neatly.
Xenon Depot - plug and play, no issues at all. Mounted the drivers off to the side under the side covers. Nice and tidy.
Toyota OEM LED fogs - Holy kick me in the nuts...driver’s side was fine, mounted up like a champ...but the passenger side took me, the wife and both kids to hold stuff back, aim lights and hold the fog in place just so I could get a screwdriver in there. That passenger wheel lining did not want to cooperate...at one point I dropped several combinations of the f-bomb and my son, who loves to call me out on language, just said, “I think I’ll let those go...”
Also did the interior lights to LED...puddle mirror lights will have to wait until later...
Still can’t figure out how to post pics, otherwise I would...

New to 4runners. New to the forum. Just purchased a 2020 trd off road premium in blue. Really wanted Barcelona red, but it was sold before me and the salesman could agree on pricing. (Supposedly..think he never had it)
Paid 41,500, which included roof rack, predator tube steps, moonroof and updated chrome tailpipe.
That said...it took me about 10 dealerships to haggle to get that price.
BUT...im having problems with the Remote start...or lack thereof? Im in North Dakota...clearly i want this.
Was told all 2020s have one..but when I hit the touch screen "Remote auto button" ..it says "Not equipped with remote start"
Any advice?
Ive downloaded all the apps..they're more frustrating than anything.

I'm having the same exact issue...
I can confirm that my 2020 Off Road has it I set it up today.
You need to get the toyota app for your phone (not entune, its called toyota app). Sign up. Link it to your car with the VIN. Get an PIN emailed to you and put it on that app with the red icon in the infotainment. I got a year free of remote connect - you use it to start the car through the power of satellites.

Im really thinking not all come equipped. But hope im wrong. I did the service set up on the toyota app, but remote connect isnt on there for me. Just safety connect, Wi-Fi. Called dealership for help, they said they dont see it on the build sheet. So I must not have it..
