Can anyone with a 2020 pop out your Navigation SD card and tell me what the part number is? Should be 86271-?????. Thanks in advance.

Good question, I want to know as well. The Nav SD card is on 2014+. Its under the lower right head-unit button, SD labeled. The whole button basically pops off then the SD can be removed.

I spent 10 seconds in the dark at a red light and couldn't find one on the headunit of my 2020 ORP.

2020 has a new headunit that is always connected to the cloud. I think updates are done through the Toyota Connected Services Dynamic Navi subscription service, which for me lasts 3 years.

There is also Toyota Connected Services Destination Assist subscription, which for me is a 1 year subscription.

You know what? You’re right. I assumed that the 2020 head unit had the same SD card slot as the 2014-2019 units. I just looked at an up close picture and you don’t have it. I guess you get over the air updates for your factory NAV? On my 2019, it is in the lower right hand corner. You simply pop off a plastic cover and press on the SD card and it pops out. Even though I have a 2019 model, my Navigation update is dated May of 2018. Now I’m wondering if they are even going to make new updates for the 2019 and older models. In the past, you could purchase a new SD card with updated maps. Even though I’m driving a 2019 model, my maps will be two years old already, in May. If anyone has any info on map updates, let us know.

So, if you have a 2019 or older, I’m assuming that there are no Navigation updates available.

Nah, I'm sure they'll continue to have update cards available for a few years. Plenty of those still out there that will want/need them for the earlier vehicles.

I think I see on the toyota site that this is going to cost $170+Dealer Labor to renew for 2 years when the trial expires.

I wonder what functionality will continue to work if we choose not to renew.
