2021 high beam problem after Viper DS4 install

I had a Viper DS4 remote starter installed in my 2021 TRD Off Road Premium yesterday. Today, I have no high beams. I don't get any response from the Automatic High Beam button. (Can't get them to turn on and the indicator doesn't come on (on the MFD). They do come on when I flash them with the turn signal stalk. Any ideas appreciated. (Before I call the installer or dealer)

I hate to say this, but the installer is the first person I would speak with.

I'm going to call the shop when they open this morning. I checked the switch and its still plugged in. I don't know which fuse to check. I really don't want to tie the truck up for another day if its just a fuse. I guess I have to go page by page in the manual to find a fuse chart...not listed in the index.

Check and make sure auto high beams isn't turned on, if you have that feature.

I tried all the combinations of high beam switch and automatic high beam switch. No luck. When I push the automatic high beam switch, the indicator light on the multi function display doesn't come on...that makes me think there is a bad fuse. I thought they might have unplugged the switch, but I pulled the dash panel and its still plugged in.

UPDATE: I took the truck back to the installer. They checked everything they could and then took it to the dealer. No problems when the dealer put it on their computer. The installer said that they checked all fuses and that there is no power to the left DRL / high beam. They checked the bulb and it is okay.

Here's what is odd: when I took it in, both DRLs were working and neither high beam was. The high beam indicator didn't come on and the automatic high beam indicator didn't come on. The remote was completely removed and the installer said to take it to the dealer to find the problem. They will reinstall the remote once the headlight problem is fixed.

When I picked it up from the installer, the right DRL / high beam worked, the high beam indicator came on, the automatic high beam indicator came on, and the automatic high beam system worked. Everything was working as it should except for the left high beam / DRL.

A real mystery. I'm thinking that there is a separate fuse for each high beam / DRL. I'll check tomorrow in the daylight.

Anybody have any other suggestions in case my guess is wrong. If anybody knows where I can find a fuse diagram to printout, please let me know...the one printed in the top of the fuse block cover isn't the greatest.

UPDATE 1/9/21: Its cold here at the Jersey Shore, but I just had to check the fuses for myself. There is a separate 10A fuse for each high beam / DRL. It took a couple of minutes , but I found that the left high beam fuse was put back into the wrong slot. There is a blank slot to the immediate right of the correct slot and thats where it was placed.

Hope these posts will help somebody else if the encounter a similar situation.
