Have about 19.7k on the clock and went to the dealer for an oil change. They wanted $100 to rotate the tires and tighten random things. I said no way. Any reason I should go for the 20k service?

This is a cool link. If it were me and I was cruising Jersey in Jersey traffic etc I would treat my vehicle as if I used it for towing. It's a tough climate, lots of stop-n-go driving, lots of cycles (short trips) etc. IIRC it's a bit like Atlanta; drive full throttle to the scene of the next crash and then wait in trafficIt costs a bit more but if the goal is 'run it 'til the wheels come off' then it's worth.
I do take exception with the axle/t-case interval: They say don't bother unless you tow. If you tow do it every 15k. I think 45k-60k is a good interval for a non-tower and 30k for an occasional tower but that just an IMHO statement.
